practice for L’Anse junior high football is set for Monday, Aug. 23,
2010. New to the coaching ranks this year is Bill Valima. He brings with
him four years of football experience, as he played his freshman through
senior year for the Gwinn Model Towners. LA football practice to start Aug. 9 L’Anse will begin
football practice on Monday, Aug. 9, 2010. Practices will be held at the
practice field at the Sports Complex on Hornet Way. LA volleyball practice to begin Aug. 11 L’Anse varsity and
junior varsity volleyball practice will begin on Wednesday, Aug. 11,
2010. Practices run from 8 to 10:30 a.m. Athletes should meet in the
commons area by the high school gym. BHS football equipment pick-up Aug 2 Baraga High School football equipment will be issued on Monday, Aug. 2, 2010, at the locker room.
